The sky's the limit
" No man is an island. " - John Donne (1572-1631)
which means human does not thrive when isolated from others.
It reminded me of this phrase that I came across around two months ago, during my trip to Port Dickson.
The sky's the limit.
At first I thought that what the phrase is trying to convey is that the sky IS the limit. You cannot go further than that. And thought that it's very odd because I saw that phrase painted on one of the primary school's building. It can't be possible that the school is encouraging the students not to try their best in everything that they do.
I remember Convent's famous phrase painted on the staircase beside the tennis court.
Be the best. Beat the rest. Yes, we can!
But after thinking for some time, I finally realized that the actual meaning is that there is no apparent limit imposed because the sky is always referred to as infinity. There is not full stop to it. So it's actually a motivational phrase. Hee~
Moving on, I read this piece of article in Yahoo! Apparently, this fella in UK received his brand new iPhone 3G and once he launched the iTunes programme, he found a set of photos showing an Asian woman working on 'what appears to be an assembly line for iPhones'.
Go to this link to see the photos yourself.

What is your blood type?
Then I came across this email sent by Elaine. Found it quite amusing and cute. Hehe~ See how true is it. I kinda agree with the punctuality part even though I must stress that sometimes I'm late because of other party's doing. (I'm trying to say not entirely my fault lah!)
Some of it are small so you gotta click to enlarge it.
True or false?

the bored post
By the way, have you heard Heart Station by Utada Hikaru? Don't click the pause button on the imeem player if you haven't. It's really good. I'm hooked on it. When I should be studying.
:: knocks herself on the wall ::
I've seen tons of articles about Michael Phelps on the net. When I should be studying. I've got something to say too!
His neck is THICK!
ROFLROFLROFLROFLROFLROFLROFLROFLROFLROFLROFL
He's okay lah. Kinda cute with the gong smile. Damn rich sumore. HAHAHA~
See how bored am I. Then again, all this reading is not helping with my eyesight. I went to the opticians for a check up and both sides had increased at least 50. Dang. I'll be blind before I reach 25.
Oh yes, I'm not going to be around this weekend. There'll be a trip to JB again, for some prayer thingy. Will be back on Sunday night.
So for now I'll return to the bored state and continue with the rotting process. Fyi, I've just found some mushrooms in between my toes. HAHA~
-_- '''
My sense of humor's all dried up.

Unproductive weekend
Watched Wall-E yesterday. It was the preview sponsored by MNS so it's free! The movie's super farnie and sad at times cause it's sorta portraying the world at it's worst condition. It's undeniable that the whole 'live in the spaceship with no worries' is not a bad idea. And the whole robot crew is really cute especially the cleaning robot that is so dedicated to its work of scanning 'foreign contamination' and cleaning it. Then there's the love story between Wall-E and Eve. So touching! I was moved to tears when Eve was trying to save Wall-E. Aiya you will understand lah once you watch it.
Go check out the website at

Very retro promotional card. Me likey!
At least this movie serve not only for entertainment purpose but also to teach young kids about the importance of earth so Imma ask the sis to bring the boys to watch it! Teach them a few things about environment! But I doubt they will get it cause Adam will be so obsessed with Wall-E.
*roll eyes*

"and it was called yellow"
Yellow
You're yellow, the color of joy and energy — two things you definitely bring to everyone around you. It's hard for anyone to be sad or lonely in your presence; your sunny disposition and cheery outlook just won't allow it. The warmth of your personality shines through in the kindness
you show friends and family (and strangers, too). Always ready with a lighthearted joke or heartfelt compliment, you know how to make people feel good about themselves, so they can't get enough of you. Yellow is a warm and inviting color for a warm and inviting person — you!
algebra, sense and logical mind
Left-brained
Most left-brained people like
you feel at ease in situations requiring verbal ability, attention to detail,
and linear, analytical ability. Whether you know it or not, you are a much
stronger written communicator than many, able to get your ideas across better
than others. It's also likely that you are methodical and efficient at many
things that you do. You could also be good at math, particularly algebra, which
is based on very strict rules that make sense to your logical mind.
I kinda agree with the stronger written communicator cause I suck at talking.
But algebra, sense and logical mind?
I don't think I possess that qualities.
Don't you think so?
